Sale starts this week
In the book trade, October and November are traditionally the biggest months for bringing new stock into the shop. We are excited about the range of fiction and non-fiction Christmas-Summer titles on offer and have shopped up a storm with our publishers. But we have one big problem: space. Where will we put the new books?
On Wednesday we set up our Sale Table and over the next few days will try and reduce our holding of books. There are some fantastic titles among those on offer, and all at vastly reduced prices – in some cases, cheaper than what we paid. History, architecture, interiors, cooking, biography, politics, fiction, kids books, baby books, body and mind, humor, poetry, literature, art – so many topics to choose from, so many great bargains.
Come and visit our Sale Table. Each day we are clearing off another shelf in the shop and hoping that the books will find nice new homes. There is no exchange on sale items, and don't forget we're open Mondays-Saturday until 5pm and Sunday until 4pm.
